This Ethics policy is effective from March 1, 2005.
Article 2 (Guidelines for Ethics Practice)
In order to thoroughly practice the ethics policy, executives and employees shall establish and operate a separate ethical practice guideline in relation to money, valuables, entertainment and hospitality.
Article 3 (Reward and Discipline)
Employees who have made significant contributions to ethical management activities by observing the Ethics policy are rewarded, and those who violate the Ethics policy will be disciplined.
Article 4 (Relationship with other internal regulations)
The ethics policy, which is the basis of ethical management practice, takes precedence over other regulations within the company.
